Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of Washington and Nevada regarding data that may be considered “consumer health data” under applicable state law.
What is Consumer Health Data?
“Consumer health data” is defined under the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370 to include information that identifies or could reasonably be linked to a consumer and relates to past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
Our Data Practices
Candle does not analyze user content to diagnose, predict, or assess mental health conditions, relationship health, or medical status. However, certain state laws define “consumer health data” broadly, and some information we collect may fall within those definitions. To the extent we process consumer health data as defined under applicable law, we do so in accordance with the practices described in the Privacy Policy and any additional requirements those laws impose.
How We May Disclose Consumer Health Data
To the extent we collect information that constitutes consumer health data, we may share it with the following categories of recipients:
